Today I baked the first time in my new baking class. Everyone of the group got a task and we started right away. My task was to do the topping. This was really easy but it tasted so good! The recipe itself is very simple but the combination of apricots and cinnamon is amazing! I can really see them in wintertime as a sack or a little present you can give to a friend.

Everyone of my group is from Europe so we are all not familiar with the Canadian measuring system and some ingredients so my friend did a little mistake and put 5 ml
baking soda instead of
baking powder into the batter. We decided to see it as an experiment and were so surprised.
They looked and tasted so amazing.
So do not mind using 5 ml baking soda instead of baking powder instead and have a great result. Maybe our muffins looked and tasted so good because we used the biscuit method.
